Capital Improvement Program

Project Description

This project will provide upgrades to various intersections between 17th Street and 32nd Street along Penn Avenue, which will increase the efficiency of traffic.

Project Justification

Enhanced signalization decreases traffic congestion, commute times, and greenhouse gas emissions.
